Finity, also known as Finity Mode, is one of the eight playable modes in Bejeweled 2. It is an unlockable game mode that becomes available by completing Level 280 in Endless Mode.
In most PlayStation versions, it can be unlocked by reaching level 11 in Endless.
Finity is a secret game mode that play similar to Action Mode, but Rocks and Bombs are incorporated into the game field. Unlike other modes, the player cannot score any points when clearing gems (including cascades). Instead, points are only scored for special gem detonations, which is also the only way to increase the level-up bar. The level-up bar is a Timer Bar that consumes itself extremely slowly compared to the othermodes. The bar must be completely filled to complete a level. The higher the level, the quicker the bar drains. The game ends when the Timer Bar completely recedes.

Trivia
The backgrounds have the opposite palette, which changes the color of the background.
In this mode, it is impossible to running out of moves. However, player can make them appear a lot by editing config.xml to changing the percent chance of spawning Rocks or Bombs. When entering the mode, if Rocks and Bombs appear too much on the board and there aren't possible moves, the game will spawn a Bomb and automatically explode. If it still have no more moves again, the game will discard the current board and reshuffle the new board, in which gameplay resumes.
The reshuffle animation in Bejeweled 2 however it was reused in Bejeweled Deluxe when no more moves can be made in Time Trial, because Rocks and Bombs aren't matched and can only be destroyed by special gems effect.
