The JetStream tile

JetStreams are special tiles in Bejeweled Stars. You can see the first appearance at Level 155 (Intro to Jetstreams). Players can swap a gem to it for flinging across the board.

Properties

Jetstreams can be see black-color tiles and three circular comet. You can swap a gem to fling across the board opposite swaping-direction. All regular gems in the line will be removed and all special gems will be detonated. However the move counter still decreases.

There is be useful for all type levels. As follows:

• Gem Collection level and Butterfly level - You can detonate special gems, collect gems or butterflies according to the orders faster. In Butterfly level, Jetstreams can protect butterflies escape from the top of board.
• Crystal level, Stone level and Gravel level - You can detonate special gems on the path to destroy them.
• Gold level - You can detonate special gems to turn tiles to Gold faster.
• Multitask level - Follow the previous.

However, Jetstreams are a problem when the gaps, Vine and Gravel appear on the board. They can block the turning across the board and cause the level to become harder.
