The Instant Replay (also known as the Replay button) is a feature that first appeared in Bejeweled Twist. Normally it is located on the bottom of the board. When clicked, it will show the latest awesome move that scores a large amount of points.
Overview
The Replay button appear in Classic, Zen (Bejeweled Twist), Classic (Bejeweled 3), and the PC version of Bejeweled Blitz (pop-up message only). Normally the button will appear after the voice "EXCELLENT". The button also appear in the game message when a special gem is created for the first time.
In the mobile versions of Bejeweled 3 such as Bejeweled Classic and Bejeweled Live +, the icon that resembles Replay button is a cinecamera. It is located on the top of the board (portait) or above the Hint button (landscape). This appearance only exists in the iOS and Windows Phone 8 version.
After a move, the Replay button will disappear until the next awesome move is made. However in Bejeweled 3, the Replay button will disappear after 3 moves when the player cannot clicking it on.
Trivia
- The "REPLAY" button on the game message only be found when the "Don't show hints" option is disabled. However, when its enabled, the button will be absent.
- In Bejeweled 3, sometimes a glitch occurs when hit the replay button is the level bar and the vertical edges of the board is stretched out.
- In the J2ME, Xbox 360, and the PS3 version of Bejeweled 3, the Instant Replay feature is completely absent unlike in PC/Mac versions.
