Daily Spin

Daily Spin is a feature in the Facebook and mobile versions of Bejeweled Blitz. As its name suggests, it is a daily feature that gives an amount of Coins, Shards, Gold Bars and Rare Gems which depend on the outcome of the spin.

Mechanics

Prior of the 2018 update, the Daily Spin machine consists of a slot machine with regular gems in the panels. To activate the machine, the player clicks the 'Free Spin' button. In mobile versions, there is a lever that the player must swipe down. When activated, the slots spin quickly, and stop spinning after a little while. Once they do, the player automatically receives their reward, depending on the outcome.

Once the player has used their Free Spin, he/she must wait several hours before they can use their next Free Spin. However, the player may choose to buy extra spins with Gold Bars in the shop or real money.

In the 2018 update, the Daily Spin machine work differently. Here is a list of differences from the original:

Differences from the new Daily Spin machine and the original Daily Spin machine

The new Daily Spin machine have coins, shards, gold bars and rare gems to earn rewards instead of using regular gems to earn coins from the original.
The new Daily Spin machine was redesigned to function similar as it did in Tetris Blitz, another EA game.
The machine feature the Frenzy Bar, which will used to upgrade certain rewards to double once the player collect rewards at least amount of times.
The new Daily Spin machine is act differently: instead of using the lever to spin from the original, the machine will target some rewards randomly and the player must look the target of the rewards that they want to earn, then click the "CLAIM" button to collect the rewards.
The machine also introduces the Deluxe Spin, which some rewards are doubled and the player must pay $9.99 to access.
The machine's board contains 25 rewards with 11 coin rewards, 8 gold bar rewards, 4 random rare gem rewards and 2 shard rewards. In Deluxe Spin machine, there are 11 coin rewards, 4 gold bar rewards, 6 random rare gem rewards and 4 shard rewards.
When all 25 rewards are completely earned, the game will congratulates the player for winning all rewards and the board resets from the original.
