Chamber

Chambers (also known as Pocket in the Pogo version) are special tiles in Bejeweled Stars. Introduced in Intro to Chambers (Level 126). Players can swap gems in or out of Chambers without using a move.

Properties

Chambers can be seen as gold-colored tiles with an X design. Players can swap a gem to hold onto that gem. The gem in it won't drop out of the spot until you decide it's time to switch them. Players can still match gems within the chambers to empty it. And swapping into or out of Chambers won't take up a move.

Chambers can be helpful for storing Special Gems and hold onto them until you want to move it to a spot where one would like to detonate it. Due to its effectiveness, the player can complete challenging levels such as Stone or Crystal tile levels easily without having to worry about using up too many moves.

However, they can still block gems dropping on top, and players will have to think and observe the surrounding gems.
